2008 PREFERRED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT
(Limited to customers within our service area of: Oakland, Macomb, Lapeer,

Due to the rising cost
of fuel, irrigation supplies, and water, American Lawn Sprinkler has developed maintenance programs to assist homeowners in keeping their irrigation
systems running as efficiently as possible. A properly maintained system uses
less water, is healthier for your lawn and
landscape, and saves you money!
Choosing one of our
bundled service programs protects you from: rising costs, offers a 10%
discount an all parts and labor, and piece of mind knowing that your system is
working efficiently all summer long!
Description of Services
Spring
Irrigation Startup & Inspection
1)
Professional service tech(s) on site
2)
Pressure test mainline and valves (not applicable on lake pump systems)
3)
Check proper operation of sprinkler heads and valves - clean out debris
if needed
4)
Check entire system for optimum coverage and performance
5)
Adjust heads as needed
6)
Identify leaks, broken heads/nozzles & potential problems. Suggest
repairs or upgrades for better performance.
7)
Program irrigation controller for spring operation
o
Additional repairs or upgrades not included in contract price
will be performed at 10% discounted rates*
Summer Check-up,
Inspection & Adjustment
1)
Professional service tech(s) on site
2)
Check proper operation of sprinkler heads and valves – clean out debris
if needed
3)
Check entire system for optimum coverage and performance
4)
Adjust heads as needed
5)
Check for excessive wet or dry areas of irrigated areas
6)
Identify leaks, broken heads/nozzles & potential problems. Suggest
repairs or upgrades for better performance
7)
Reprogram irrigation controller for summer operation
o Additional repairs or upgrades not
included in contract price will be performed at a 10% discount
Late Summer Check-up,
Inspection & Adjustment (A
proven money saver)
1) Same as summer check up, inspection & adjustment
2) Reprogram controller for
late summer weather

Fall System Winterization & Shutdown
1)
Professional service tech(s) on site
2)
Remove water from all irrigation lines (blown out with large volume air
compressor)
3)
Winterize backflow prevention device or lake pump (water removed from all
exposed/outdoor pipe and equipment)
Priority Scheduling
This service agreement also provides you with the
