Information On File

If We Installed Your Sprinkler System Or We Have Winterized It In The Past Your System Information Is On File. System Information Includes Whether Or Not Your valves are Exposed, Type And Location Of The Timer, Contact Information And Your Location.

Locate Main Water Supply Valve

The main sprinkler water supply valve is generally located in the basement or crawl space near the water meter or the point where the water enters the house. If you cant find it you can start at the vacuum breaker and follow the pipe back. Many valves have a paper tag attached to identify it. Turn the water off by turning the valve clockwise, 1/4 turn for a ball valve, several turns of the wrist for a gate valve (Gate valves need to be closed very tightly)

Access To The Timer

A Lot Of  Timers Are Located In The Garage, When This Is The Case Many Customers Will Leave The Service Door Or The Main Garage Door Unlocked, Some Give Us Access To A Garage Door Opener, Others Give Us The Entry Code To The Door

Valves Need To Be Exposed

The Control Valves Are Generally Enclosed In Protective Box. When The Lid To This Box Is Exposed We can Winterize The System Without The Use Of The Timer
