We could not be happier that we had Brian and his team from American Lawn Sprinkler install our new sprinkler system. They use a system that connects right to your phone through an app which allows you make adjustments very easily for your sprinkler system. My experience with Frankie and American Lawn Sprinkler was exceptional. He stopped by the day after I called and fully explained all of my sprinkler options, making clear what I did and did not need to keep my new sprinkler system within my anticipated budget. Frankie coordinated seamlessly with my landscape company (Design One) so that the landscape plants, sprinklers and sod were installed within a matter of days, allowing for all of the new plantings to be watered at this critical time. (The sprinklers themselves were installed in one day.) He taught me how to use the new sprinkler system AP so I can manage watering on my phone, and he also set an optimal program for my yard. We walked every zone to make sure all areas were being watered. Frankie reminded me to get photos before the sod covered everything-now I know where I can and cannot dig in the future. Outstanding service!

I want to thank Michael who arrived as planned and took wonderful care of the sprinklers issue I had. It had taken a few people (sprinkler specialists, plumbers, drainers, builders) from different companies trying to evaluate the issue prior to the American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. coming. The issue was that my basement would flood any time I left it overnight programmed to run all zones or a specific zone running for a very short period of time. The water would come from the basement floor. Nobody could find where exactly the leak could be and what exactly caused it. Michael from American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. took the time and thoroughly investigated each and every sprinkler head adjusting and routing them away from the house, porch, and deck, and looking at the areas around. And he found the leak hidden in the middle of a hosta plant! It was really hard to figure out where the leak was. I have to give him a credit! He found it and fixed it the same day. The issue was resolved! I am very thankful to Michael. Respect for the company! Highly recommended!

The power knocked out my controller and when I called to see about getting it replaced, they were at my house and had a new one installed within hours. They also moved and adjusted a couple of my sprinkler heads when I explained a few issues I had noticed with my coverage. They are always professional and quick to respond when I have reached out. Very easy to work with. We had a 3 step process laid out for us which was helpful to coordinate schedules on all ends and also get someone to seed the lawn afterwards. Frankie was very professional and personable. Definitely did not mind interacting with him via text, in person, or a call. Very knowledgeable! This is a GREAT company to do business with. We have hired them for the past 3 years to manage our irrigation system; their work is excellent.We also have them put up all of our Christmas lights. This is a huge job! They light up our house and over 20 huge trees on our property! It’s breathtakingly beautiful! Brian was very responsive to calls texts and emails, and always available when I had questions. He kept us updated on scheduling of service and when the cruise would be on site. American Lawn Sprinkler came recommended by several neighbors in the new construction sub we moved into in December, 2020. Brian was incredibly responsive from the first phone call and came out to do a complete estimate within a couple days. Throughout the entire process Brian has been a pleasure to deal with and very easy to get a hold of. Any questions, requests or concerns have been addressed in a timely manner, if not immediately. When it came time to do the install a small army came to the house and the entire install took less than a day (which included 14 zones and underground gutter drainage). After our sod was installed, they came back to adjust all the heads to ensure complete coverage. I am very pleased with the service we have received at a tremendous value as well. Frankie is an absolute expert. He came out for a quote on a full installation for 1.5 acres. He walked our lawn and knew exactly what it needed and the type of sprinkler head needed. He was VERY upfront about timing, cost and quality but never seemed pushy. He gave us options and education. He's also 4 weeks early than predicted!! SCORE!Now we have a state of the art system that reads the rain and doesn't water if not needed, is programmable from our phone, easy to use and even sends us email updates.Remarkable experience. So glad I heard about this company in the Nextdoor app from neighbors. They were right to recommend them. We had them out for estimate on new sprinkler system. Frankie was so patient with all our questions. The price was good and brands they use were high quality. The installation crew was quick and professional. This has been by far the best experience I have had during this process of hiring different companies to complete service for our home. Since July we have had six other companies for different services out to our home and although they have all been pleasant and easy to work with,none come close American Lawn Sprinkler.From the initial walk around to the final install they have been available for any questions,courteous,professional,on time and have performed at a high level. We had American Lawn Sprinklers install a system in our new build home. Their sales Rep., Frankie, was the absolute best person we have dealt with thru our entire building process. This spring I ran an electrical line 359 feet from my house to my pole barn. In the process sprinkler lines and wires were cut and damaged. Dan came out twice and because of his persistence was able to repair,replace ,splice and reroute the wires and lines to get my system up and running. He has an enormous amount of patience and an extraordinary ability to ferret out and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Dan and American Sprinkler.

Had a new sprinkler system installed by American Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. last year. After opening the system this year many brown areas developed due to poor coverage. I contacted them yesterday and they were out first thing this morning to address the situation. The service tech, Josh Arnold, and his assistant were very thorough in correcting the coverage. Matt Powers and another gentleman serviced me today. He repaired a seriously leaky sprinkler system, and fixed a broken pipe. In addition, Matt started my sprinklers for the season. Frank and his crew were very professional, on time, and very informative.They were not quick to rush through the job note when it came to answering questions. Matt was very efficient and helpful giving me some tips to help keep the system running well. He even helped me debug a few missing sprinkler heads at no extra cost. I am very glad the the team took th time to keep me aware as the weather changed as well. I never expected someone to come on a sunday. Thank you very much

Brian and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and beyond helpful. They followed through on every commitment and did an amazing job of installing a completely new system at a fair price - I could barely even tell that they installed anything in my yard as it was cleaned up to perfection! Brian worked with me on options within my budget while thinking of ways to ensure the smallest detail was done - even made sure my well water wouldn’t hit my house to avoid rust marks! Very highly recommend!

Out of all of the work we had done in our backyard this past season, American Lawn Sprinkler was by far the most efficient, courteous and reasonable. We had a pool put in and they worked with us from the beginning to ensure that we had the correct materials in place before the cement deck was poured, which drastically helped with planning -physically and financially! They worked with us tirelessly with our ever changing schedule and even installed in the rain to get it done for us before the sod showed up. I searched high and low to find the right person to do our new build irrigation system. I had over 10 different companies out to the house, but decided on American Lawn and Sprinkler. From the first meeting with Frankie I could tell he was dedicated to the job, treated us and our situation for all of its unique characteristics, and was detailed in his efforts to put in the right system. He and his team were excellent and polite during the installation and they took the time to show me everything and explain how it all works. They have provided our family with a wonderful irrigation system install and experience and I highly recommend them. Their prices were excellent and they use top of the line materials and systems.
