We contracted American Lawn Sprinkler to install a sprinkler system in our new home. Frankie was our contact and the one who led the project. He made the process very easy, answered all our questions and made sure we understood the system operation. Frankie and his crew were very professional and organized. Brian was very responsive to calls texts and emails, and always available when I had questions. He kept us updated on scheduling of service and when the cruise would be on site. They were in and out in one days time, with lots of cleanup work completed on my behalf.Crews were professional, friendly, and well mannered. At completion Brian gave me a complete overview of the sprinkler system, set up, usage, and user tips to get the best experience. Could not recommend more highly!

American Lawn Sprinkler came recommended by several neighbors in the new construction sub we moved into in December, 2020. Brian was incredibly responsive from the first phone call and came out to do a complete estimate within a couple days. Throughout the entire process Brian has been a pleasure to deal with and very easy to get a hold of. Any questions, requests or concerns have been addressed in a timely manner, if not immediately. When it came time to do the install a small army came to the house and the entire install took less than a day (which included 14 zones and underground gutter drainage). After our sod was installed, they came back to adjust all the heads to ensure complete coverage. I am very pleased with the service we have received at a tremendous value as well. I've worked with numerous company's over the years trying to find the best service. American Lawn is the best company I've ever worked with! They came out were very friendly and professional. They did exactly what they said they would and were able to fix the sprinkler system i already had and were able to make it function even better than the first day i got over fourteen years ago! Frankie is an absolute expert. He came out for a quote on a full installation for 1.5 acres. He walked our lawn and knew exactly what it needed and the type of sprinkler head needed. He was VERY upfront about timing, cost and quality but never seemed pushy. He gave us options and education. He's also 4 weeks early than predicted!! SCORE!Now we have a state of the art system that reads the rain and doesn't water if not needed, is programmable from our phone, easy to use and even sends us email updates.Remarkable experience. Actually the easiest of all our recent contractors.

The project manager listened to our needs and designed a system that was perfect for our yard!! From our first phone call with Frankie to the completion of our installation we have been very pleased. Our initial meeting with Frankie at our home was thorough and informative. He spent all the time necessary to explain their system and get acquainted with our needs. Our estimate was completed that very same day. When Sean and the crew arrived to perform the installation they were organized and professional. American Lawn Sprinkler installed a sprinkler system in our back yard. They were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after they were finished. You can't even see where they disturbed the lawn to lay the piping. They installed the system in our front yard over 40 years ago and we have never had an issue with it. I recommend them highly.

Frankie and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He designed our irrigation and exterior lighting systems and managed the installation from start to finish. He remains a key point of contact when we need assistance. Brian was prompt on responding to a online request for lighting information as well. The service team does a fantastic job with seasonal start up and closing the system and thoroughly inspects each zone for function. Professional, competitive, reliable and trustworthy.

So glad I heard about this company in the Nextdoor app from neighbors. They were right to recommend them. We had them out for estimate on new sprinkler system. Frankie was so patient with all our questions. The price was good and brands they use were high quality. The installation crew was quick and professional. Frankie came back out after to check everything and go over the sprinkler app. Again, very patient with answering all our questions. Wish every company was as professional. We will happily recommend them!

This has been by far the best experience I have had during this process of hiring different companies to complete service for our home. Since July we have had six other companies for different services out to our home and although they have all been pleasant and easy to work with,none come close American Lawn Sprinkler.From the initial walk around to the final install they have been available for any questions,courteous,professional,on time and have performed at a high level. I would like highly recommend this company. I believe you pay people for the value of the service they provide and hands down this is top notch,next level service. Shame on Google for only having 5 stars this service deserves 10. If you want it done right,and once. Hire American Lawn Sprinkler.

My husband and I are beyond ecstatic of our amazing experience with American Lawn Sprinkler! The entire process has been incredible, from the first point of contact to the completion of the job. Sprinkler systems are a brand new thing to us, and we reached out to American Lawn Sprinkler for a quote on our new home. Not only was Brian down to earth and very helpful in explaining the process and system, but he also designed a system custom to our future landscaping plans. We never felt pushed into making a decision once the detailed quote was delivered. Moving forward with the system installation, the work has been impeccable and our yard was left in beautiful condition. Utmost respect was taken with the inside of our home when installing the components in the basement. Additionally, in the 5 times that Brian and his team have been to our home to complete the installation and to help us understand the system, everyone we’ve come into contact with has treated us like family. We had American Lawn Sprinklers install a system in our new build home. Their sales Rep., Frankie, was the absolute best person we have dealt with thru our entire building process. He was on time, professional, and great with all our questions (even the ones after the initial sales meeting via text or email) and not one bit pushy...his down to earth, polite nature was the main reason we decided on using American over the other 4 bids we obtained (and American was not the cheapest...but the system and components are high quality).Would like to thank Frankie and the team at American for a great experience! Brian is incredibly thorough when laying out your lot, and he walked me through the entire process from start to finish - answering all the random questions I had. He came in at a very fair price and talked with me before starting any additional work. On the day of, I had forgotten a detail on the layout, but he spent time with me to make sure it was exactly right before the team installed our lines. I'd highly recommend American Lawn/Sprinkler.

This spring I ran an electrical line 359 feet from my house to my pole barn. In the process sprinkler lines and wires were cut and damaged. Dan came out twice and because of his persistence was able to repair,replace ,splice and reroute the wires and lines to get my system up and running. He has an enormous amount of patience and an extraordinary ability to ferret out and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Dan and American Sprinkler.

Had a new sprinkler system installed by American Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. last year. After opening the system this year many brown areas developed due to poor coverage. I contacted them yesterday and they were out first thing this morning to address the situation. The service tech, Josh Arnold, and his assistant were very thorough in correcting the coverage. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service from the initial call through the end of the service call.

Out of all of the work we had done in our backyard this past season, American Lawn Sprinkler was by far the most efficient, courteous and reasonable. We had a pool put in and they worked with us from the beginning to ensure that we had the correct materials in place before the cement deck was poured, which drastically helped with planning -physically and financially! I searched high and low to find the right person to do our new build irrigation system. I had over 10 different companies out to the house, but decided on American Lawn and Sprinkler. From the first meeting with Frankie I could tell he was dedicated to the job, treated us and our situation for all of its unique characteristics, and was detailed in his efforts to put in the right system. He and his team were excellent and polite during the installation and they took the time to show me everything and explain how it all works.
