American Lawn has winterized my system for 20 years and I am very satisfied with their service. Their online scheduling system is convenient and they show up on time. I needed to have my sprinkler system winterized. American Lawn Sprinkler's website has a convenient calendar showing when they are in the area and sign-up is easy. They have clear instructions (with pictures) on what prep work is needed. Person who showed up was courteous and all went too plan. Couple of payment options were provided (I went the invoice route) and the on-line pay system was straightforward. This is the 2nd year we've used them, and this year again I remembered why we used them last year.

I was very pleased with ALS. The worker showed up at the time I was told and was extremely kind and considerate when entering the house by taking off his boots. He made sure I understood what he was doing and answered all my questions when I asked. Once he was finished with the job he turned the lights off in the garage and knocked on the door to let me know the job was complete. They also have a very user friendly portal (seems to be the going thing now) which I was able to pay my bill and update my information. I "HIGHLY" recommend for all your sprinkler needs.

Frankie took on our challenging project, installing our pump-based sprinkler system on a hilly, long and narrow .75 acres. My experience with Frankie and American Lawn Sprinkler was exceptional. He stopped by the day after I called and fully explained all of my sprinkler options, making clear what I did and did not need to keep my new sprinkler system within my anticipated budget. Frankie coordinated seamlessly with my landscape company (Design One) so that the landscape plants, sprinklers and sod were installed within a matter of days, allowing for all of the new plantings to be watered at this critical time. I want to thank Michael who arrived as planned and took wonderful care of the sprinklers issue I had. It had taken a few people (sprinkler specialists, plumbers, drainers, builders) from different companies trying to evaluate the issue prior to the American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. coming. The issue was that my basement would flood any time I left it overnight programmed to run all zones or a specific zone running for a very short period of time. The water would come from the basement floor. Nobody could find where exactly the leak could be and what exactly caused it. Michael from American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. took the time and thoroughly investigated each and every sprinkler head adjusting and routing them away from the house, porch, and deck, and looking at the areas around. And he found the leak hidden in the middle of a hosta plant! It was really hard to figure out where the leak was. I have to give him a credit! He found it and fixed it the same day. The issue was resolved! I am very thankful to Michael. Respect for the company! Highly recommended!

Brian was incredibly responsive from the first phone call and came out to do a complete estimate within a couple days. Brian is incredibly thorough when laying out your lot, and he walked me through the entire process from start to finish - answering all the random questions I had. He came in at a very fair price and talked with me before starting any additional work. This spring I ran an electrical line 359 feet from my house to my pole barn. In the process sprinkler lines and wires were cut and damaged. Dan came out twice and because of his persistence was able to repair,replace ,splice and reroute the wires and lines to get my system up and running. He has an enormous amount of patience and an extraordinary ability to ferret out and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Dan and American Sprinkler.

Had a new sprinkler system installed by American Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. last year. After opening the system this year many brown areas developed due to poor coverage. I contacted them yesterday and they were out first thing this morning to address the situation. The service tech, Josh Arnold, and his assistant were very thorough in correcting the coverage. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service from the initial call through the end of the service call.
