The company has done a great job ever since I first used them last year where my sprinkler manifold had to be rebuilt and they installed all new sprinkler heads. Today, I asked for quick service and they came out the same day. Dan is always very helpful. I asked for Jason who has serviced my account and always done a fantastic job. He came out quickly, started up and inspected all the zones, checked and adjusted all heads that needed it. Everyone at American Lawn Sprinkler is always pleasant, helpful, informed and really gives excellent customer service.

American Lawn Sprinkler installed a new irrigation system for us in summer of 2022. They were quick to respond with a quote, showed up when they said they would. We were very happy with the installation. We had some questions after the installation was complete, they responded quickly and came out to make adjustments because some of the grass was not getting enough water. They sent us several reminder emails to schedule our winterization since it was included in the price of the installation.Very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

We had an entire new sprinkler system installed. Our yard is enormous, about an acre, and they did an amazing job. We are also on a well and every test was performed to make sure we would have adequate pressure. Also, they took all the necessary time to explain how to use the control panel remotely on my phone. My experience with Frankie and American Lawn Sprinkler was exceptional. He stopped by the day after I called and fully explained all of my sprinkler options, making clear what I did and did not need to keep my new sprinkler system within my anticipated budget. Frankie coordinated seamlessly with my landscape company (Design One) so that the landscape plants, sprinklers and sod were installed within a matter of days, allowing for all of the new plantings to be watered at this critical time. (The sprinklers themselves were installed in one day.) He taught me how to use the new sprinkler system AP so I can manage watering on my phone, and he also set an optimal program for my yard. We walked every zone to make sure all areas were being watered. Frankie reminded me to get photos before the sod covered everything-now I know where I can and cannot dig in the future. I want to thank Michael who arrived as planned and took wonderful care of the sprinklers issue I had. It had taken a few people (sprinkler specialists, plumbers, drainers, builders) from different companies trying to evaluate the issue prior to the American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. coming. The issue was that my basement would flood any time I left it overnight programmed to run all zones or a specific zone running for a very short period of time. The water would come from the basement floor. Nobody could find where exactly the leak could be and what exactly caused it. Michael from American Lawn Sprinkler Inc. took the time and thoroughly investigated each and every sprinkler head adjusting and routing them away from the house, porch, and deck, and looking at the areas around. And he found the leak hidden in the middle of a hosta plant! It was really hard to figure out where the leak was. I have to give him a credit! He found it and fixed it the same day. The issue was resolved! I am very thankful to Michael. Respect for the company! Highly recommended!

Brian was incredibly responsive from the first phone call and came out to do a complete estimate within a couple days. Throughout the entire process Brian has been a pleasure to deal with and very easy to get a hold of. Any questions, requests or concerns have been addressed in a timely manner, if not immediately. When it came time to do the install a small army came to the house and the entire install took less than a day (which included 14 zones and underground gutter drainage). This spring I ran an electrical line 359 feet from my house to my pole barn. In the process sprinkler lines and wires were cut and damaged. Dan came out twice and because of his persistence was able to repair,replace ,splice and reroute the wires and lines to get my system up and running.
